Beginning with the carbide powders and following right through the production process, ISCAR, a certified AS 9100 manufacturer operates a stringent Quality Assurance program which has won the trust and respect of customers worldwide.
Incoming batches of carbide powders are carefully analyzed to ensure that the raw materials do not deviate from set standards.
Using the advantages of modern technology, standards are entered into the computerized quality-analysis program.
Throughout production, infrared optical scanning and computer analyses ensure that no deviation from specifications exists.
Quality control facilities include the metallurgical laboratory, raw metals testing, an online testing procedure and a machining center for tool performance testing and final product inspection.
ISCAR also operates a sophisticated tool performance testing center where dozens of different tools are submitted to strenuous testing under exacting conditions.
Customers are free to observe the testing in progress, either through safety glass screens or by real time video camera observation.
Results are tracked and tabulated on computers and compared to design performance standards.
Completed products are inspected before shipping to ensure delivery of the finest quality goods.
