  Profiling Inserts in Grade IC9015  
  An advanced grade has been added to ISCAR's line of standard KNUX inserts for profiling and longitudinal turning. This grade, designated IC9015, utilizes the new MT-CVD technology to apply a multi-layer coating including an Al2O3 layer. IC9015 covers the ISO range of K10-K25 and P10-P30 and is recommended for high speed finishing and medium machining of carbon steel, alloy steel and cast iron. This coating, technology is also used on the KNUX inserts in grade IC9025, for medium to roughing machining conditions on all types of steel.
